ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, delivery, return, and refund conditions of the products ordered by the Buyer electronically via beemach.com.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, model, quantity, sales price, payment, and delivery details of the products are limited to the information displayed on the Buyer’s order screen.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS

• Ordered products are prepared for shipment within a maximum of 3 (three) business days following order confirmation.

• After the products are delivered to the cargo company, the shipping period shall not exceed 3 (three) business days.

• The product is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order process.

• The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the cargo company; however, the Seller actively follows up on the resolution process.

• The Buyer is obliged to inspect the package at the time of delivery. In case of any external damage or packaging defect, a damage report must be prepared with the cargo officer, and the product should not be accepted.

• Damage notifications made after the product has been received shall be considered outside the scope of warranty.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any justification.

• Notification of withdrawal must be communicated to the Seller in writing or via a permanent data storage medium (e-mail, etc.).

• The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

• Return shipping costs within the scope of the right of withdrawal are borne by the Seller.

• After the returned product reaches the Seller, the product price shall be refunded within 5 (five) business days using the same payment method used by the Buyer.

ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• Machines manufactured upon the Buyer’s request with special measurements, modifications, or additional equipment.

• Products damaged due to use or installation.

• Products whose packaging has been opened, installed, or personalized.

ARTICLE 7 – WARRANTY AND SERVICE

• Sold machines are covered by a 2 (two) year warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Malfunctions caused by improper use are excluded from the warranty.

• Repair or replacement within the scope of warranty shall be completed within 20 (twenty) business days from the date the product reaches the Seller.

ARTICLE 8 – SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located at the Buyer’s place of residence or the place where the transaction was conducted shall have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 9 – EFFECTIVE DATE

This agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer.
The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and approved the preliminary information form and this agreement prior to placing the order.
